Silver And Gold Angel Food Cake
Ingredients
170 gr cake flour
350 gr sugar
2 gr salt
425 gr egg whites
12 egg whites
16 ml lemon juice
7 gr vanilla
6 egg yolks
12 gr orange rind
1 strawberries
24 gr flour
38 gr sugar in size bowl
150 gr sugar
1 fold sifted flour mixture egg whites in
3 additions
10 tube
Instructions
Bake in 375� oven for 35-40 minutes, until golden and wooden pick inserted in top tests clean. In vert pan onto bottle to cool. Run thin knife around edges; remove cake from pan.
