Simple Tofu Vegetables

Ingredients

2 onions
1 bell pepper
80 gr mushrooms
475 gr tofu
1/2 sunflower seeds
240 ml water
1 gr basil
1 gr sage

Instructions

In hot oil, saute onions until limp. Add pepper, mushrooms, tofu, seeds, water & herbs. Simmer until vegetables are limp.

Serve over cooked rice.
