Skewered Fruit

Ingredients

4 peaches
4 plums
1 mango
1 papaya
34 gr butter
50 gr sugar
1 gr cardamom
600 gr strawberries
1 blueberries
500 gr raspberries
4 protein
80 carbohydrate
14 fat
31 mg cholesterol
12 mg sodium

Instructions

Cut fruit (not berries) into 1 cm pieces; place on skewers. Brush with butter; grill 6 minutes on high, until lightly browned. In cup, mix sugar and cardamom; sprinkle over fruits. Serve with berries.
