Skewered Lamb With Sweet Pepper Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

55 gr uncle bens aromatic blend rice
450 lamb
2 cm dice
30 ml soy sauce
1/2 onion fine
24 gr brown sugar
10 ml olive oil
16 ml olive oil
2 spring onions
1 pepper deseeded
110 gr ripe tomatoes
1 clove garlic
4 gr coriander
150 ml water
55 gr rice
450 lamb serves
4 as a starter
4 short bamboo skewers

Instructions

5. Place the skewered lamb on a bed of Uncle Ben�s Aromatic Blend rice and serve immediately accompanied by a bowl of dipping sauce.
