Slice And Bake Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

290 gr vegetable shortening
300 gr granulated sugar
325 gr packed brown sugar
3 smilin eggs
7 gr vanilla extract
220 gr all purpose flour
4 gr salt
7 gr baking soda
700 gr rolled oats
100 gr nuts
120 gr raisins
12 of waxed paper
4 equal
11 roll
1 waxed paper
12 duty foil
2 baking sheets

Instructions

dough into 1 cm thick slices. Place about 3 cm apart on baking sheets and bake 10 to dozen minutes until edges are browned and centers are slightly set. Cool completely on wire racks. Use within 6 months. YIELD: 4 rolls of Slice & Bake Oatmeal Cookies or about dozen dozen. (CON IN PART 2) ----
