Slow Cook Spanish Rice
Ingredients
900 gr chuck
2 onions
2 green peppers
525 gr tomatoes
230 ml tomato sauce
240 ml water
7 gr chili powder
7 gr salt
10 gr worcestershire
120 gr rice
Instructions
Brown beef in skillet and drain off fat. Put all ingredients in CROCK-POT. Stir thoroughly. Cover and cook on Low 6 to 8 hours. (High: 3 hours).
