Slow-poke Jambalaya
Ingredients
1 bell pepper
1 onion
2 tomatoes
100 gr celery
1 clove garlic
3 gr parsley
4 gr thyme leaves
4 gr oregano leaves
1 gr cayenne
1 gr salt
65 gr smoked sausage
130 gr chicken breast
475 ml beef broth
120 gr shelled shrimp
120 gr rice
Instructions
Shell shrimp, halve lengthwise. In slow cooker,combine all ingred. except shrimp & rice. Cover & cook on low 9-10 hours. Turn slow cooker on high, add cooked shrimp & cooked rice. Cover; cook on high 20-30 minutes.
