Smoked Pork And Bean Soup
Ingredients
some soak the beans overnight in about
400 gr pink beans
2,600 gr smoked ham hocks in
1 onion
3 gr hungarian paprika
2 qts beef stock
9 gr rendered lard
4 slices garlic thinly
1 salt
950 ml water
3,200 gr salt and pepper
1/4 beans
1 cooking liquid
