Smoked Prime Rib

Ingredients

8 roast prime rib
9 gr paprika
6 gr salt
5 gr onion powder
6 gr black pepper
2 gr cayenne

Instructions

Place dry rub seasonings over entire roast surface. Grill roast in smoker (indirect heat) for 3 to 4 hours at 200 to 250 deg. or until a meat thermometer indicates 140 deg (for M-Rare).
