Smoked Sausage Antipasto Salad
Ingredients
260 gr turkey smoked sausage
180 gr italian salad dressing
160 gr lettuce
8 leaves romaine lettuce
3 tomatoes
1 slice cucumber
1 slice carrot
1 cauliflower
50 gr black olives
4 slices green onions
110 gr fetz cheese
Instructions
Brown smoked sausage in a skillet and drain well on paper towels. Arrange lettuce on a large serving dish and top with vegetables and sausage. Add Feta cheese. Pour dressing over salad and serve. Total preparation and cooking time: 15-20 minutes.
