Smoked Sausage Rice Skillet

Ingredients

65 gr carrots
1 slice zucchini
5 gr margarine
1 package mushrooms
240 ml water
1 gr basil leaves
1 gr thyme leaves
260 gr eckrich smoked sausage
180 gr instant rice

Instructions

Saute carrots and zucchini in margarine in 25 cm skillet over medium heat 3 minutes. Add tomatoes with juice, mushrooms, water, basil, thyme and sausage. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in rice. Cover, remove from heat and let stand 8 minutes, stirring after 4 minutes. Makes 5 servings.
