Smoked Trout Tartlets

100 gr cucumber
2 mini-muffin pans with nonstick cooking spray
1 more shee lay a fourth sheet on top but do brush i with a knife
4 slices lenghtwise
5 slices crosswise
24 squares
4 sheets of phyllo
1 week
2 months
2 gr heaping of filling tartlet shell
