Ingredients

230 gr butter
100 gr sugar
1 egg yolk
325 gr flour

Instructions

Soften butter and add sugar gradually. Add egg yolk and then flour. Set aside and let harden enough to handle easily for rolling. Break off a piece of dough the size of a walnut. Roll out and cross one end over the other to form a wreath. Brush top with beaten egg white, then colored sugar. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 200ÂșC . until very lightly browned.
