Snazzy Snapper

Ingredients

425 gr snapper fillets
1 onion
65 gr saltine cracker crumbs
2 gr parsley fakes
1 package four mushroom
24 gr flour
80 ml dry wine
120 gr swiss cheese
1 gr paprika

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place fillets in shallow baking dish. Saut onion in a little bit of water. Drain and add cracker crumbs, parsley and pepper. Spread over fillets. In a saucepan, add enough milk to the mushroom juice to make 1.5 cups. Blend in flour. Add wine. Pour over fillets and bake at 200ÂșC or 25 minutes.
