Snickerdoodles # 3

Ingredients

230 gr butter
300 gr sugar
2 eggs
350 gr flour
10 ml cream of tartar
5 gr baking soda
1 gr salt

Instructions

Mix butter, sugar and eggs thoroughly with a mixer. Sift dry ingredients together and stir into first mixture. Chill dough, form in balls, roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake at 200ÂșC F for 8-10 minutes on greased cookie sheet. They will flatten out as they bake. Margaret Garland DFYX18A
