Soft Molasses Cookies
Ingredients
100 gr sugar
3 gr salt
5 ml cream of tartar
10 gr ginger
190 gr shortening
240 ml molasses
10 ml soda
240 ml warm water
4 gr vanilla
Instructions
Mix 1st. six ingredients and add the soda disolved in the warm water or tea. Add enough flour to roll. Bake in moderate oven dozen to 15 min.
