Sonora Casserole
Ingredients
375 gr zucchini
150 gr corn
475 ml tomato sauce
4 gr chili powder
1 gr cayenne
1 gr cumin
5 ml vinegar
6 corn tortillas
1 package green chiles
170 gr cheddar cheese
180 ml sour cream
1 green onions
10 diner microwave zucchini until sof preheat oven
Instructions
to serve, top with sour cream and sprinkle with green onions.
