Souper Meatloaf

Ingredients

1 package cream of mushroom soup
1 dry onion-soup mix
900 gr beef
1/2 packages dry bread crumbs
1 egg
60 ml water

Instructions

Mix thoroughly half cup mushroom soup, packet of onion soup mix, beef, bread crumbs, and egg. In 2 litre oblong baking dish, firmly shape into 8x4 inch loaf. Bake at 350� for 1.25 hour. Spoon off fat and reserve half tbs for drippings. In 1 litre saucepan, combine remaining mushroom soup, water and reserved drippings. OVer low heat, heat through, stirring occasionally. Pour over meatloaf slices on plates or over entire meatloaf.
