Sour Cream Cherry Pie

Ingredients

190 gr pitted black
3 eggs
180 ml dairy sour cream
100 gr sugar up
1 gr salt
1 gr almond extract

Instructions

Pour cherries into an unbaked 20 cm pie shell. Beat eggs well, add sour cream, sugar and beat until thick. Add salt, almond extract. Stir and pour over cherries.

Top with lattice strips and bake on bottom shelf of oven at 200ÂșC for 25-35 minutes.
