Cream butter with sugar and vanilla. Add eggs and sour cream. Combine dry ingredients. Add to butter mixture. Butter tube pan. Add half mixture. Sprinkle in half of the topping. Add remaining mixture. Sprinkle on remaining topping. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
