Sour Cream Pie

Ingredients

2 eggs
200 gr sugar
240 ml sour cream
170 gr raisins
1 gr nutmeg
1 gr salt
16 ml lemon juice
1 unbaked pie shell

Instructions

Beat eggs.Add sugar,beating until light.Whip sour cream and fold into egg mixture.Add raisins,nutmeg,salt and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly.Pour mixture into pie shell.Bake @ 230ºC or 10 minutes.Reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue baking for 20 minutes. ----
