Sour Cream Potato Salad

Ingredients

10 potatoes
80 gr clear
150 gr celery
120 gr green onions
4 eggs
120 ml sour cream
240 ml mayonnaise
7 ml horseradish sauce
5 ml mustard
3 gr celery seed
36 gr cucumber

Instructions

Salt & pepper to taste While potatoes are warm, pour on the dressing. Chill 2 hours. Add celery and onion. Add the egg whites, chopped.
