Sour Fish Head Soup

Ingredients

2 scallions
6 gr salt
20 ml fish sauce
1 fish head
950 ml water
1/2 sour bamboo
1/4 slices pineapple
1 gr msg
3 gr mixed
3 gr salt
20 ml fish sauce over the fish head
950 ml water
1 ml fish sauce

Instructions

Boil the fish head for a total of 10 minutes. Transfer to a soup tureen, sprinkle on the coriander and scallion green, and serve.
