Sour Milk Biscuits

Ingredients

325 gr flour general purpose
240 ml buttermilk
2 gr baking powder
12 gr shortening rounded
5 ml soda
3 gr salt

Instructions

Mix quickly, roll about 1 cm thickness. Fold and roll again. Cut out with biscuit cutter and place on greased baking sheet. Bake imediately in a hot oven about 200ÂșC about 10 minutes. If sour milk is very sour, add more soda.
