Sourdough Apple Carrot Bread

Ingredients

1 starter
130 gr sugar
55 gr melted butter
2 eggs
4 gr vanilla
95 gr green apple
95 gr carrot
3 gr cinnamon
5 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
220 gr flour
65 gr nuts
40 gr coconut

Instructions

mix all together. Pour into a greased loaf pan. bale 180ºC or 50-60 minutes or until done. cook 5-10 minutes. Remove from pan. Refrigerate any left overs ----
