1 1/2 primary sourdough batter b
3 gr salt
65 gr sugar
45 ml salad oil
2 eggs
26 gr sugar in
4 qts boiling water
1 starter separately
300 gr flour
85 spot until doubled in bulk
3 1/2 hrs
14 equal
6 roll
2 ends to form a doughnut shape
4 qts water
5 at a time
2 mins longer
3 mins
375 oven
25 mins until crusty
Instructions
brown. Makes 12-14 bagels.
