60 ml molasses
240 ml potato water
250 gr wheat flour
240 ml beef broth
32 gr cornmeal
120 gr riced potatoes
18 gr yeast
1/4 lukewarm potato wate
8 gr salt
55 gr butter
1 gr mace
1/2 rye meal
1 gr nutmeg
250 gr rye flour
250 gr flour
12 hrs
90 mins
1 hr
20 turns
2 equal portions
3 slashes from end to end
1/2 in deep
375 bake
30 mins longer

Instructions

to give top a shiny dark look, place under broiler and, being carful of scorching, broil until dark. Transfer to wire rack and cool.
