South Of The Border Bread Pudding

Ingredients

240 ml orange juice
170 gr packed brown sugar
1 gr cinnamon
120 gr raisins
5 packed
90 gr monterey jack cheese
60 gr almonds
250 gr cheese
750 gr baking dish

Instructions

preheated 190ºC oven 15-20 minutes, until the pudding is heated through and the cheese is melted. Serve warm, topped with cream or ice cream, if desired.
