Southern Cream Apple Pie

Ingredients

22 tart apples
525 gr sugar
700 ml sour cream
2 eggs
4 gr vanilla
9 deep dish pastry shells
4 gr cinnamon
9 pastry shells
95 gr flour
110 gr butter

Instructions

Crumble topping ingredients into bowl and mix with pastry cutter or two knives. Remove pies from oven and cover with topping. Place pies under broiler until topping begins to bubble. Don't take your eyes off them while under the broiler! Any uneaten pie should be refrigerated. From the Usenet Cookbook ----
