Southwest Peppered Cream Chicken
Ingredients
32 gr all purpose flour
3 gr garlic salt
1 gr oregano
1 gr pepper
4 chicken breast
10 ml cooking oil
60 ml chicken broth
1 lowfat milk
1 snipped cilantro
110 gr green chilies
4 slices monterey jack cheese
1 rice
2 table spoons of the flour mixture in a shallow dish
1 rinse chicken
1 lowfat milk remaining flour mixture
