Southwestern Grilled Cacti Soup
Ingredients

160 gr clarified butter

1,400 ml chicken stock
240 ml milk
240 ml cream
90 gr pasteurized processed cheese
160 gr tomatoes w
1 onion
230 gr corn kernels from the cob
36 gr jicama peel
3 nopalitos grilled
1/2 one
1 stick
700 ml chicken stock
4 tbs butter
Instructions
