Spaghetti Mizithra

Ingredients

170 gr spaghetti
230 gr butter
120 gr kasseri cheese
60 gr romano cheese
7 gr parsley

Instructions

Cook spaghetti until tender but firm to the bite. Drain. Melt butter in large skillet and cook just until it turns brown. Meanwhile, combine cheeses.
