Spaghetti Sauce, Irish Style 1h21

Ingredients

60 gr onion
1 garlic clove
45 ml olive oil
45 gr butter
1 round
120 ml dry wine
160 gr tomato puree
240 ml chicken broth
1 gr nutmeg

Instructions

Saute onion & garlic in mix of butter & oil. Add meat, and brown. (I drain this) Add wine, and simmer until half the wine evaporates. Add puree, chicken broth & nutmeg, stir, cover and simmer for 1 hr. If it's thinner than you like, uncover and simmer until the thickness is as you like. Serve over spaghetti or shells.
