3 gr salt
1 black pepper
55 gr mozzarella cheese
20 gr parmesan cheese
20 gr scallions
4 places with the tines of a fork
700 watts
5 ml olive oil on a microwave-safe
270 gr microwave-safe casserole
1 1/2 vegetable exchange
1/2 high-fat meat exchange
1 fat exchange
