Spanish Squash Casserole

Ingredients

1 package spanish quick brown rice
1 squash
1 bell pepper
475 gr stewed tomatoes
4 tomatoes

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in an oiled 9 x 13 baking dish. Cover tightly with aluminum foil or tight fitting baking dish lid. Bake for 30 minutes at 180ÂșC . or until squash is tender.
