Special Cinnamon Rolls

2 packages dry yeast
120 ml warm water

1,000 gr all purpose flour
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
475 ml warm milk
115 degree
2 eggs
120 ml vegetable oil
6 gr salt
55 gr butter
1 filling
220 gr packed brown sugar
5 gr cinnamon
170 gr raisins
120 gr walnuts
200 gr confectioners sugar
16 ml milk
1 gr vanilla extract

Instructions
ingredients; spread over dough. Roll up from long side; seal seam. Slice each roll into dozen rolls; place cut side down in two greased 13x9x2 inch baking pans. Cover and let rise until nearly doubled, 45 min. Bake at 180ÂșC or 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Combine glaze ingredients; drizzle over rolls. Cool in pans on wire racks. ----
