Spicy Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

80 gr parmesan cheese
240 ml mayonnaise
1 garlic clove
16 gr green onion
20 gr tomatoes

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180ÂșC . Mix all ingredients except onions and tomatoes. Spoon into 23 cm pie plate or quiche dish. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with onions and tomatoes. Serve with crackers or pita bread triangles. Makes 2 cups.
