Spicy Hash Browns

Ingredients

7,100 gr potatoes peel
1,100 gr ham dice
2 1/2 nions
130 gr green peppers
1/2 jalapenos
230 gr butter divide
2 pimientos drain
28 gr salt
14 gr pepper
4 gr cayenne
6 gr paprika
425 gr cheddar shred

Instructions

Saute ham, onions and peppers in quarter cup butter until tender. Cool 10 minutes; add to potatoes. Add pimientos and seasonings; mix well. On a griddle, cook potatoes in remaining butter until browned; turn over and cook the second side until browned. Place half of the potatoes on a platter; top with cheese and remaining potatoes.
