Spicy Hot Italian Sausage

Ingredients

950 gr pork
8 gr garlic
12 gr salt
12 gr fennel
3 gr pepper
8 gr pepper
6 gr pepper
60 ml water

Instructions

Casings, medium, hog Combine pork, fat, and all other ingredients except water casings in a large bowl. Grind through a 1 cm plate. Moisten water and mix until well blended.
