Spicy Orange Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients

2 oxo beef bouillon packets
350 ml water
1/4 orange marmalade
1 ml pepper sauce
1 gr ginger
2 gr garlic powder
16 gr cornstarch
16 ml vegetable oil
6 slices green onions
34 gr green pepper
130 gr carrots
475 gr beef
350 gr rice
1 orange segments

Instructions

* may be doubled ** for garnish ������������������ �������ombine OXO, water, marmalade, seasonings and cornstarch. In large skillet, stir fry onion, peppers and carrots in oil, until tender. Add beef and continue to stir fry. Add OXO mixture and cook until thickened. Simmer 2-3 minutes. Serve over hot rice. Garnish with orange segments, if desired. Makes 4-5 servings.
