6 sirloin steaks 12 gr peppercorns 120 ml bottled steak sauce 30 ml dijon-sytle mustard 14 gr brown sugar 3 gr salt
Instructions
Crush peppercorns coarsely with a rolling pin. Mix Steak sauce, mustard, brown sugar and salt. Marinate overnight or until ready to cook. Grill as usual, using the marinade as a baste. Very good pepper steaks!! ----
