Spicy Plum Sauce
Ingredients
1 1/2 plums
16 ml oil
2 garlic
60 gr gingerroot
1/2 five-spice powder
120 ml lime juice
16 ml dry sherry
70 gr brown sugar
1 gr asian chili paste with
1 gr salt
Instructions
freeze. Note: Chili paste with garlic can be found in the Asian section of major supermarkets.
