Spicy Pork With Peas
Ingredients
3 gr pepper flakes
3 gr szechuan peppercorn
8 gr cornstarch
10 ml sesame oil
700 ml soy sauce
30 ml oyster sauce
8 gr sugar
45 ml vegetable oil
525 gr pork
1 slice onion
4 garlic
4 slices size
2 carrots
5 slices green onions
400 gr green peas
240 gr rice
3 gr parsley
2 tomatoes
1 tom in a bowl
30 ml oil over high heat until quite ho the pork
16 ml oil
Instructions
vegetables and stir until the sauce begins to boil and thicken. Add the pork and peas to the pan and heat thoroughly, about 1 minute. Serve over steaming rice.
