Spicy Rice Balls

Ingredients

90 gr extra long rice
1 gr salt
260 gr beef
1 gr pepper
1 onion
2 gr garlic powder
34 gr green pepper
30 gr prepared horse radish
26 gr celery
16 ml worcestershire sauce
30 gr green onions
1 package tomato soup
1 egg
1 package water
5 ml dry mustard
5 ml sauce

Instructions

Servings: 6 * Raw ** More or less to taste Combine all ingredients except tomato soup, water and hot sauce. Mix together well. Make balls about 3 cm in diameter. Place in baking dish. Combine tomato soup, water and hot sauce and pour over meatballs. Bake, covered, in 350 * oven for 1 hour. Makes 30-36 small meatballs. Serve with toothpicks as hor d'oeuvres.
