Spicy Texas Bbq Sauce
Ingredients
some garlic
240 ml ketchup
60 ml lime juice
5 ml veg oil
180 gr onion
350 ml beer
110 gr brown sugar
5 ml worcestershire sauce
2 jalapeno
375 gr tomato paste
Instructions
Heat all ingredients to boiling in a 2 litre pan, reduce heat to low. cover Makes 5 cups sauce.
