Spicy Thai Tofu Salad

Ingredients

3 gr black sesame seeds
4 gr peanut
60 ml rice vinegar
1 tamari
10 ml honey
1 garlic clove
1 cilantro
1 gr pepper flakes
120 gr tofu steak
45 gr shiitake mushrooms
1 slice bell pepper
200 gr sugar snap peas
60 gr green onion
30 gr spinach

Instructions

PREP TIME: 15 Minutes MARINATING TIME: 30 Minutes To make dressing, combine sesame seeds, oil, vinegar, tamari, honey, garlic, cilantro and red pepper flakes in a medium bowl, stirring until well-mixed. Add tofu, shiitake, red bell pepper, snow peas and green onions. Toss with dressing until coated. Let marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes. Divide spinach between four plates.
