Spicy Zucchini Cookies

Ingredients

170 gr butter
300 gr sugar
1 egg
1 gr almond extract
190 gr zucchini
375 gr all purpose flour
5 gr baking powder
5 gr cinnamon
170 gr semisweet chocolate morsels
60 gr walnuts
1 sifted powdered sugar

Instructions

Beat batter at medium speed of an electric mixer until creamy; gradually beat the sugar. beat in egg and almond extract. Press zucchini between paper towels to remove excess mousture, stir zucchini into butter mixture. Combine together flour, baking powder and cinnamon; gradually add to butter mixture, beating at low speed until well blended. Stir in chocolate morsels and nuts.
