Spinach Meatballs

Ingredients

700 gr beef
60 gr onion
1 egg
20 gr parmesan cheese
1 package spinach
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper
1 gr garlic powder
240 ml broth
230 ml tomato sauce
120 ml wine
8 gr cornstarch

Instructions

Mix all ingredients, form small balls, place in 1.5 qt casserole. Mix broth, tomato sauce, wine and cornstarch. Pour over meatballs. Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 40-60 minutes.

Can be served over noodles, or great for parties served in crockpot.
