Spinach Pie
Ingredients
120 gr spinach
1 package mushrooms
1 onion
5 egg whites
1 package cheddar cheese
1 package mozzarella cheese
3 gr pepper
1 package phyllo dough
400 assemble
10 sheets of phyllo on the bottom of the dish
1/2 spinach filling on top
25 sheets of phyllo
1/2 spinach fillin
Instructions
desired pattern . . . large, small, rectangular, square, or diamond. 9. Bake between 375 to 200ºC or 35 minutes 'til golden brown.
