60 gr washed spinach 1 gr salt 2 lard 1 gr pepper 9 gr shelled pine nuts 10 gr raisins
Instructions
Cook Spinach in 1 cup water, 5 minutes and drain well. Melt leaf lard or drippings in saucepan, add spinach, salt and pepper and cook 5 minutes longer. Add nuts and raisins and serve. Serves 4.
